about us

Thank you for visiting my website.

Taking an interest in nutrition is a great step towards better health and wellness!

I began my medical career as a flight medic in the U.S. Air Force Reserve, before transitioning into health services administration. After years in business administration and human resources, I felt motivated to return to my first love and lifelong passion: the medicine of good nutrition. After earning a B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of North Florida, I completed a one-year internship with Bowling Green State University in Ohio and became certified by the American Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Over the years I’ve seen the powerful impact of good nutrition in people’s lives: reduced dependence on medications, increased energy and better athletic performance, improved blood pressure, controlled diabetes, better health and quality of life. And often through very simple
changes.

In fact, as you probably already know, the easier a change is to make, the more likely you are to stick with it and benefit from it. That’s why I use professional dietary analysis and my specialized medical knowledge to find the smallest changes that can make big differences for you and then to make change easy for you to live with.

My goal is to give you a plan that fits your needs, preferences and, most importantly, lifestyle. This is a total-person approach. These are answers you can’t get from a book or the Internet or your neighbor or sports coach.

How can you fix or improve your current health, fitness or weight? How can you reduce risks you know come down through your family tree, for conditions like cancer or osteoporosis? What risks could you be creating for yourself, such as cardiac disease or diabetes, and how can you stop?

Making the investment in your health today can save thousands in medical costs tomorrow.

Real, actionable answers can change your life in so many ways. I’m here to help you find your path to better health through phone, online, at-home or in-office consultations at your convenience. Take that first step now.
